Well no surprise, Brazil just kept on giving for our 2nd instalment. The wind pumped and blew. A relentless warm breeze that just screams potential and encourages confidence. You just cant ask for more. The team put on quite some show. We had it all, BIG air skills, popped tricks, strapless magic and even some hefty waveriding on the downwinders. Off the water the displays continued, many a matching t-shirt, all the possible combinations chez John Lennon, good food and hilarious dinners, the odd cheeky ice cream and another memorable fancy dress. Special mention must go to a certain stretched bubble gum pink rashie, which will go down in the annals of history. From kiteloops and one foots, raleys and shiftys (to toeside nonetheless), tacks and foot changes, more downloops than you can count with a plethora of rotations, roosters everywhere, grabs and boners, air gybes and hand washes, large doubles and dark slides, hand plant back rolls and big turns. You name it, we had. And all under the ever watchful eyes of the magician himself, Heliarde – obrigado. Que Bom!
