Yet another spectacular week in Dakhla! And what an absolutely solid forecast. Although you wouldn’t have believed it watching the rather smooth Wirral boys gliding effortlessly on their foils and handkerchiefs. This was the first real getaway for many, for an achingly long time, a true reunion feel:) This meant some Rooster polishing before the fireworks began. From there on in it was an air show, spiced with a medley of grabs, the freeing of feet and hollering aplenty. The hive of activity continued with plenty of strapless mayhem, tasty toe sides, and blistering speed runs. Off the water the usual Dakhla excesses we duly adhered to. Boots were filled with great food, the beach bar remains perfectly situated between end of session and a shower and yet more Lobster and Oysters were disposed of with much merriment. All topped off with a stunning fancy dress turn out. And apologies to anyone looking for a cheap tie in the Southampton area, they were all in the Pink Flamingo!
