It’s tricky to put the boat trip into words. We think that our first one was back in 2007! A lot has changed, but the experience and sensory overload hasn’t, it never gets old. The excitement before departure, the anxious arrival at each spot, the mind blowing colours and the absolute camaraderie of being onboard. Mother nature at her finest, surrounded by wildlife, covered in stars, energizing daybreaks, blazing sunsets, and one incredible moon. If you’re drawn to water, it’s a truly unique trip. As for the kiting, top drawer. With some lighter mornings and some very strong afternoons there was plenty of potential for foiling, freestyle and monster air sessions. A good mix of flat water, the favourite boosting spot and an epic downwinder resulted in an eclectic mix of kiting superlatives. Darkslides everywhere, hand washes galore, tweaked nose grabs, boners and 1 foots. Both rolls, with grabs, from toe side, raleys, kite loops, down loops, foiling gybes. The list goes on. A brilliant trip, a great boat and an awesome crew. Merci and shukran:)
