An incredible week of beautiful turquoise waves often mixed with more than a fresh breeze according to the time honoured Beaufort scale. Such combinations are normally saved for those that dream, but the pinches hurt… A highlight real wouldn’t do the team justice, we had water spraying absolutely everywhere off both twin tips and surfboards, stunt ramps abused to their full potential regardless of whether off an edge or a rail, hang time with and without boards;) On tap plenty of solid linking, air gybes, jumps, grabs, rotations, boners, strapless hand plants, tacks of varying types, BLTs and it goes without saying, a plethora of unplanned trips to the corner of doom. All of the above demonstrated with smiles, good humour and a sprinkling of reckless abandon. You have to love Cape Verde.
