Our latest wing foil video! We said it in our first Wing Foil episode, preparation is key. Here we’ll put in the groundwork and build the foundations for the foiling gybe. As such this video is all about learning to steer on the foil, up wind and downwind. Steering is an essential skill which you need to master before you start carving and gybing your heart out. Steering downwind is the first building block of the foiling gybe!!! It enables you to get yourself and your kit into a position from which you can start your gybe.
